Store operator and school relationship
This online store is operated by DTF Designs & Services, which hosts the store, accepts orders, produces the merchandise, handles customer support, and pays the agreed fundraiser share to Brunswick Hickory Ridge Elementary.
This is a school spirit-wear fundraiser, but the website and payment checkout are not operated by the school. Questions about products, payments, privacy, or an order should be sent to dtf_designs@outlook.com.
Privacy notice
Information we collect and why
At checkout, the adult purchaser provides a name, email address, optional phone number, student name, and grade. We use that information to process payment, identify the order, communicate about it, produce the correct items, organize school pickup, prevent fraud, keep tax and accounting records, and resolve customer-service issues.
Payments and service providers
Card and wallet information is entered on Stripe's hosted checkout. This store does not receive or store full card numbers or card security codes. Stripe sends us payment status, totals, limited billing/contact details, and transaction identifiers. Our hosting and database provider stores the storefront and order records, file storage holds owner-approved artwork, and our email provider delivers the paid-order production notice to the store owner.
Sharing and selling
We do not sell customer or student information and do not use it for third-party behavioral advertising. We share information only with service providers that help run the store, with the school to the limited extent needed to organize pickup or resolve an order, when the purchaser asks us to, or when law requires it.
Storage, retention, and choices
The Spirit Bag is stored in the purchaser's own browser. A secure owner-only cookie is used for store administration. Order records are retained only as reasonably necessary for fulfillment, support, fraud prevention, tax, accounting, and legal obligations, then deleted or de-identified when no longer needed. Email dtf_designs@outlook.com to request access, correction, or deletion; some records may need to be retained where law requires it.
Security
We use encrypted connections, restricted owner access, signed administrator sessions, verified payment webhooks, request validation, upload controls, and service-provider security safeguards. No internet service can promise absolute security. If we learn of a data incident that requires notice, we will respond and provide notice as required by applicable law.
Children's privacy
Checkout is for adults
This store is intended for an adult parent, guardian, family member, teacher, or other adult purchaser. Children under 13 should not submit information, create an order, or use the owner area. An adult may provide a student name and grade only so the completed family order reaches the correct school pickup group.
If you believe a child submitted personal information directly without appropriate adult involvement, contact dtf_designs@outlook.com so we can review and remove it where appropriate.
Terms of sale
Ordering and payment
- The purchaser must be at least 18 and authorized to use the selected payment method.
- Product photos are representative. Screen colors, garment-dye variation, placement, and manufacturer production variation can cause minor differences.
- The purchaser is responsible for reviewing the product, color, size, quantity, design, placement, spelling, personalization, student, and grade before payment.
- Prices and applicable taxes are shown before payment. Payment is processed securely by Stripe.
- An order is accepted when payment succeeds. We may cancel and refund an order affected by a clear pricing error, unavailable blank, suspected fraud, prohibited content, or an issue that makes production impossible.
- School and team names, logos, and artwork remain the property of their respective owners. Purchasers may use only the owner-approved design library offered by this store.
Return and refund policy
Made to order for your family
Every decorated or personalized item is produced for the individual order. Because it cannot normally be resold, change-of-mind returns, incorrect-size selections, and purchaser spelling or selection mistakes are generally final sale.
If we made the wrong item, used the wrong design or personalization, or the item is defective or damaged, email dtf_designs@outlook.com within 7 calendar days of school pickup with the order number and clear photos. After review, we will repair, replace, or refund the affected item as appropriate.
Contact us promptly to request a cancellation. If production has not started, we will try to accommodate it. Once materials have been committed or production has started, cancellation may not be possible. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot legally be waived.
Fulfillment and delays
School pickup
Orders are produced for the campaign's stated school-wide delivery window and distributed through the school pickup process. The student and grade details are used to organize that delivery; they are not a shipping address.
If we cannot meet a promised fulfillment date, we will provide a revised date and any cancellation or refund option required by applicable law. If no shipment or delivery time is promised, orders will be handled within the period required by applicable consumer law.
